Join us at Green Acres for an outdoor POUND workout benefiting Big Brothers Big Sisters in partnership with POUND For Purpose, where every beat helps give back to the community. Best part? 100% of proceeds go directly to supporting local youth through Big Brothers Big Sisters.

This high-energy, 45-minute cardio jam session turns drumming into a full-body workout with loud music, big movement, and serious fun. Expect a mix of cardio, Pilates-inspired strength, isometric moves, and plyometrics all while channeling your inner rockstar with Ripstix in hand.

Your $10 donation includes:

  • The full outdoor POUND workout

  • A drink or ice cream of your choice after class

  • Ripstix and mats provided

    Lemon Cow serves freshly squeezed lemonade in a variety of flavors, along with ice cream with classic toppings. A go-to for when craving a sweet treat.

  • The Green Acres Bar

    Our bar is stocked with a rotating selection of draft beer, canned cocktails, easy-sipping wine, and frozen slushie drinks unlike anything in Boise. Grab something cold, kick back, and let the music take it from there.

  • Loving Lefse

    Loving Lefse is serving up fresh Norwegian potato flatbreads made from a family recipe, with both sweet and savory options, plus espresso and a lineup of matcha drinks to go with it. Serving breakfast as early as 9 a.m., it’s an easy go-to for something to start your day.
